Adrenal Cocktail And Electrolytes Recipes

Most resources recommend doing this once or twice a day. The most effective time is mid morning and mid afternoon. 10am and 2pm is a good guide.

BASIC RECIPE USING JUICE:

4 oz of Pomegranate or Orange Juice

1/4 tsp Redmonds Real Salt

1/4 tsp of Cream of Tartar (potassium source)

OR

8oz of Coconut water (instead of cream of tartar and juice) *potassium source

1/4 tsp Redmonds Real Salt

60mg of wholefood vitamin C

MAKING YOUR OWN ELECTROLYTE DRINK:

INGREDIENTS:

4 cups clean water (can replace one cup with coconut water)

1/4 teaspoon Real Salt

OPTIONAL:

*Squeeze of lemon (adds flavor and trace amounts of electrolytes)

*Honey (makes it a little sweeter, has a little potassium)
