COD LIVER OIL TO INCREASE VITAMIN D NATURALLY

Updated: 1 day ago

I don't tolerate taking Vitamin D. I get very sick if I use it. I had labs done and it's a genetic thing for me. So this option is awesome. I have used other brands but Rosita is what I learned is one of the very best. I buy on fullscript now for 25% off, I used to buy direct. Don't forget sunlight is your top source if you can.

ABSOLUTE CHEAPEST here because it is always 25% off:

"Cod liver oil is a great dietary source of vitamin D and may reduce age-related bone loss. That’s because it helps your body absorb calcium — which is a necessary mineral for strong bones — from the gut"

I wanted to point out that the SPERTI is something I'm investigating and testing after speaking to 2 Lyme doctors. Learn more here until I finish the test. #4
