DETOX BATH

Updated: Aug 28

Warm, never HOT. Hot can cause herxing. My lyme doctor warned me early on to ONLY DO WARM. I learned a lesson when I tried hot.

Detox baths come up a lot as you know. My LLND always gave me a specific recipe so I thought I would attach articles as to why he had me do the following . You can always reduce the recipe as I did often to save money. Adding lavender oil optional.

3-4 cups Epsom salt

1- 2 cups baking soda

1 cup peroxide

Another great option

AWESOME PRODUCT when you need an alternative to actual bath

Here is a good article:

Great option for many sensitive skin people:

Mineral rich spa bath with the soothing ingredients of coconut milk, baking soda, arrowroot, lavender powder and essential oils. Rich in magnesium chloride, solar-evaporated European sea salt, minerals and trace elements, this bath salt is especially for those who understand the benefits of magnesium on the body. Epsom salt is 13% sulfur and 9.8% magnesium. Many people don't tolerate sulfur well, so this bath salt is especially for them!
