"Aerobic exercise such as running or any type of intense cardio will heat the body up which can cause die off reactions, and depending on the type of cardio, help to release toxins back into the bloodstream. Anaerobic exercise such as lifting weight or intense muscle contractions can also cause a person to feel worse, but not as quickly as aerobic exercise."
