I do this post out of anger towards the doctors who don't treat a new tick bite correctly. I am seeing this 10 times a day in groups I run or support. So I am making this post so we can easily access it next time I see this. These idiots say no lyme in this state or one dose of doxycycline is enough. They are UNEDUCATED period! We have this problem due to lack of education in the medical field. So I recommend emailing so they can easily open these links but also please print them or do BOTH. I have had it with these doctors not doing what is needed to prevent Chronic Lyme. They did it to me and continue to do it. They are ruining lives.
