I spent some time gathering all I could on Vitamin C. I am a strong believer in its use and my doctor has me use many sources in my protocol. I have used this a lot because of IC etc.

Magnesium Ascorbate is a buffered, non-acidic form of vitamin C (pH of 7.0), which is generally gentler to the stomach than ascorbic acid

This seems to be my doctor's favorite for liposomal. I personally forget to take when in fridge.




If you need plant based, these next two are ones I have used as well.
